A striking four-townhouse development positioned on a challenging sloping site in central Wānaka. The project showcases the versatility of AliClad Max Aluminium Weatherboards in Vintage Grey, complemented by anodised black aluminium panel accents to create a bold, contemporary façade that responds beautifully to its alpine surroundings.

The Challenge: Building in Wanaka requires materials that can handle extreme temperature fluctuations and high UV exposure.
The Solution: This project utilises a premium cladding system designed for stability. Unlike timber, which can move and crack in alpine environments, our solution maintains its integrity year-round. The low-maintenance finish ensures the homeowners can enjoy the property without the need for regular repainting.
