Metlifecare Fairway Gardens, Botany
Aliclad Max colours were matt ironsand in a random mix of S150, S200 and S125/25 profiles. Also used was woodgrain look deep tawa in s200 profile. Thanks to Mark Scowen Photography.
Stanmore Bay AliClad House
This original beach cottage underwent a major renovation, where an extension was built onto the front. AliClad in black was selected as the cladding for the extension to compliment the existing cottage, integrating the site and the cottage.

The team from Howard Construction successfully completed their first AliClad project. AliClad’s mechanically drained flashing system was simple to install and once set out allowed for a fast install.
