Premium air, water, and vapor barrier for use as part of the Owens Corning Asphalt Roofing System. Titanium UDL30’s advanced polymers combine to deliver a unique grey synthetic roofing underlayment that can replace #30 rag felt. Grey technology provides for a cooler working surface during installations and up to a 6 month UV exposure. Unlike smooth surfaced underlayments, UDL30 possesses a revolutionary patented slip resistant Sure-Foot® nodular walking surface technology that allows for easier steep slope walk-ability, even in wet conditions.

Natural slate is a mineral product. Its production process from the quarry to installation is highly efficient, and it does not employ any chemical products. Therefore, making it completely ecological.

The Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), which evaluates the environmental impact of a product from extraction to the final disposal, confirms that natural slate is an ecological option for any architectural project.

Furthermore, the independent database, Inventory of Carbon and Energy (ICE, University of Bath), highlights natural slate as the material with the lowest number of adverse impacts on the environment.
